Izaiah Barba

Izaiah is an active real estate investor and is based out of Portsmouth, NH. He is the founder of Maple Birch Properties and is also a licensed Realtor in NH and Maine.

Throughout his career, he has served as president of acquisitions for several companies, including Hampshire Capital and Aligned Real Estate Partners. He has successfully sourced $73,166,000 in multifamily properties for these companies, while simultaneously growing his own portfolio at Maple Birch Properties.

Jake Burhans

Jake is an active real estate investor who focuses on acquiring and managing single and multi-family residential properties in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts.

He has a finance degree from the University of New Hampshire and uses his expertise to make sound investments and manage his properties effectively. Jake is also a co-founder of Maple Birch Properties, a real estate investment firm that specializes in residential properties. Through this firm, he has gained valuable insights and built a strong network of professionals.

Axel Ragnarsson

Axel is an active real estate investor and is based in Boston, MA. He purchased his first multifamily property during his sophomore year in college, leading to the founding of his real estate investment firm, Aligned Real Estate Partners. Currently, Aligned Real Estate Partners owns $25M in multifamily real estate and has been a principal party in $35M+ worth of transactions.

Axel is also the host of The Multifamily Wealth Podcast, which is one of the most highly rated multifamily real estate podcasts in the industry.
